Bebe meets the police

I took Bebe to work today & he met the watch commander... and he smiled & laughed at him... it was pretty cute  :) 

Santa was cool!

Bebe had his first encounter with SANTA today.. the pictures came out really cute!!! 

This santa was cool, I liked him... he wasn't loud and obnoxious, and I think I only heard one small "ho, ho, ho" out of him the whole ten minutes we were standing in line.  He seemed like a grandpa who holds babies a lot, the way he took the baby from me & held him seemed very natural & comfortable. 

I am thinking I should've started a savings account a long time ago to use JUST FOR PICTURES... they are expensive, and I always want every single picture that ever gets taken of him!

Woohooooo today is the worst day at work I have had in a loooooooong time, shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit

Bad mom alert!

I left the baby for about 2 minutes to play on his jungle gym while I went outside to help Chris with something in the garage, and while I was gone, he rolled himself over from his back to his stomach all by himself for the very first time!  I was shocked & awed, but it just figures that he would do this in the very brief period of time that I had stepped away!  I missed his first roll-over.  He hates being on his tummy, too, but I walked back into the house to find him on his tummy & contentedly drooling all over himself & his clothes  :)

Ready or not

Time to christmas shop.  Normally, I would have most of it done by now, but with a baby, ain't gonna happen.  I don't even have a list made up yet of who I need to buy for.  I think I will do most of my shopping online this year.  Anyone know of any cool websites to buy unique stuff from?  I usually do most of my shopping on amazon.com.

I found my feet!

Alexander found his feet today and started using them right away to roll himself over... it's only going to get more exciting from here.  He does something new & cool every day.  Babies definitely make life an adventure.  Just the first two months drain the absolute life out of you -- miss them but glad they're over!
